These lunar calendars were hand-drawn by me, Vanessa Adams.

In this year's print, the full and new moons of 2022 are encircled by a night sky full of dreamy and golden iridescent clouds. Clouds are a symbol of visions and dreams, a landscape of the divine. They are the physical manifestation of alchemical water transformations, a sign of changing weather and the bearers of life sustaining rains. To accompany us during these turbulent and challenging times, I created a lunar skyscape adorned with clouds, a portal to envision and dream new futures of transformation.

Use this Lunar Calendar to set intentions / stay in touch with the shifting seasons / plan the growing of crops. You can use the calendar to follow the date & astrological phase of each full moon and new moon in 2022, as well as important meteor showers and solstices. All dates and times are based on Eastern Standard Time and made for the Northern Hemisphere.

This calendar is 20 x 20", screen-printed in three colors, blue-black and two shades of gold--rich champagne and deep antique bronze--on heavyweight cream paper. I've been dealing with a lot of exhaustion this year, and am super grateful I could entrust printing to the mega talented Headlight Press!

I ship this calendar by First Class mail in a sturdy shipping tube. Each poster is wrapped in a protective layer of paper so it will mail safely.

How to use the calendar:

1) In the center of the poster, the full moons (big golden circles) and new moons (black circles with golden rims) orbit around the drawing of the full moon. The date of each full moon and new moon is written in the center of its circle, with its associated astrological sign. These dates can be read like numbers on the clock--beginning around "noon"and progressing clockwise throughout the year.

2) In the bottom left of the print is a key for astrological symbols and signs, and on the bottom right the dates of important astronomical events are listed.
